SweetWonder — Support

A calm tracker for the first years, and for the mother too.

Get in touch

Questions, problems, or something that should work differently — write to support@mysweetwonder.com. One person reads that inbox, so please allow a couple of days for a reply.

It helps to include your device (for example “iPhone 14, iOS 18”), the app version from Settings, and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Common questions

How do I share a baby with my partner?

Open Settings, then family sharing, and send an invite. Once they join, you both see the same day as it happens — entries made on either phone appear on the other.

I signed in on a new phone and my data is missing

Your babies and records restore from your account the first time you open the app after signing in, which can take a moment on a slow connection. If it still looks empty, pull down to refresh on the home screen, or open Settings and use “Sync now”, which also reports any error.

Why don’t my milestone photos appear on the other phone?

They are stored only on the device that took them and are never uploaded. That is deliberate — the sync carries no image data at all.

Reminders aren’t arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for SweetWonder in your device settings, and that the reminder is switched on in the app’s own settings. Quiet hours will also hold a reminder back until they end.

How do I connect my watch?

Use Apple Watch with its paired iPhone, or Wear OS with its paired Android phone. Install SweetWonder on both devices, open the phone app and sign in. Keep the phone nearby and open the watch app. For the first sync, leave the phone app open.

How do I delete my account?

Settings, then delete account. That removes your sign-in and everything on the phone straight away. Deleting your account and data sets out the whole process, including how to have the synced copy on our server erased as well.

A note on health information

SweetWonder keeps records and does arithmetic. It is not a medical device, it makes no diagnosis, and the guidance in it is general information drawn from public sources such as the NHS, ACOG, the WHO and the CDC. Your midwife, doctor or health visitor knows you and your baby. Contact them whenever something worries you, whatever the app shows.
